Begin each day with a morning dip in the sea from the private wharf and sunbath by the water on this private lake plot. Enjoy stunning sunsets over the sea from three terraces, or cozy up indoors and enjoy the view. For kids we offer a swing set, trampoline, playhouse, bathing jetty and ample toys. Welcome to paradise! The space With amazing views over the sea and sunset are these three country homes. Owing to the location, there is sun on the plot almost the entire day. The main house has three bedrooms with two sleeps each, a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher and dining area. The spacious living a lounge area with two sofas and a TV. From the living room and the main bedroom doors leads out to the approximately 40 sqm large terrace, which overlooks the sea and the plot. Both the living room, three of the bedrooms and the kitchen has a magical view of the sea and sunset below. In the cottage opposite the main house, there are two beds with reading lamps as well as a cupboards for clothes. From inside the cottage, you have a magical view of the bay. Just below the cottage, there is a convenient terrass overlooking the bay. Between the main house and the cottage, there is a sundeck, which is perfectly situated for those longing to enjoy breakfast or lunch in the sun. The lake cottage is closest to the sea and has a magnificent view of the water, the jetty and our bathing jetty out in the bay. There is a 240cm bed with reading lamps, two chairs and a chest of drawers to store clothes in. Outside, there are two benches and just below is the beach strip by the water. On the upper part of the plot, there is a private swing set, a trampoline and playhouse for the kids. Rowing boat with oars and several life jackets are included in the price. There is also a woodshed with an extra outhouse and a carpenter's shed. One AC unit in main house and fans in the guest houses. Guest access All parts except the carpenter's house are available for you as a guest. It is locked per default because it contains tools that children may injure themselves on. Other things to note There is space for 2 cars on the premises. Parking there is included.
