This independent apartment is located on the ground floor of an older house completely surrounded by beautiful nature. Here you can enjoy quiet days in nature, with proximity to a golf course, fantastic hiking routes, and by car you are only 10 minutes away from the famous perfume town of Grasse or the beautiful village of Cabris with fine restaurants and views. The space The apartment consists of a small bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140cm wide). A living room with a double bed and a small kitchen that is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower. There is no TV in the accommodation. No children are allowed unfortunately. The apartment is beautifully surrounded by nature on all sides, nice walking/hiking paths with views of the sea. To the apartment you have a private outdoor terrace facing south where you can enjoy delicious dinners in the summer nights. The garden includes a private pool . Large parking is available next to the apartment for free. 10 min away you find the picturesque picturesque, provencal village of Cabris with good restaurants and a magical view of the french riviera. 10 minutes away by car from the apartment you also find the famous perfume city of Grasse, which has been named to the world UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Guest access As a guest of this apartment you live independently with a garden outside the flat. The female owner lives in an apartment above. You have your own private garden outside the apartment with garden and private pool . The owner does not use the pool during your stay, but makes sure that everything works. There is a big parking close to the apartment. Other things to note There are 2 ways to reach the accommodation. Note that one way to the accommodation is a long gravel road with more difficult access (bu possible with all types of cars, but you have to drive slowly). The other road is completely in asphalt.
