Very central near subway, Vigeland park and shopping street Bogstadveien. Quiet apartment, no noise from traffic, since apartment faces backyard. Sunny balcony. Elevator in building. Exceptionally big kingsize bed (2x2 meters). Living room with sofa, large dining table, TV. Open kitchen solution. Kitchen fully equipped with oven/stove and microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine. Bathroom is spacious with bathtub/shower. (Sofabed 203x145 cm is currently not in use, only bed in bedroom) The space Apartment is from the 80s, with light rooms and quite spacious for the size. The windows are new, and refridgerator new in 2021, but the rest of the apartment is in need of some renovation (especially bathroom and kicthen). The sofa is quite old and the sun has discolored the upper part. Will not be replaced until after renovation, so it is what is there now. Everything works fine, but it is not a brand new standard, and guests who want to book this apartment have to be okay with that, to accept the place as it is, otherwise find another place. Although mentioned somewhere else in the settings under pets, can mention here as well that a dog lives in the apartment (will not be there when guests are there of course), it is a short haired dog so doesn't shed much. Of course the apartment is cleaned before guest arrival, and can also mention that even with owner home the dog is not allowed in the bathroom or bedroom. Guest access You can use all the rooms in the apartment, but not open closets in bedroom, dresser in living room, cabinet and container in bathroom, or cabinets in kitchen except the ones marked to be used (where you find all you will need to use kitchen).
