This cozy apartment is located directly on Maquam Shore in St Albans. There are 2 decks to enjoy the lake views as well as a vast waterfront patio to take in the sun! Two kayaks are available for guest use. You will love the amazing sunsets , quiet and tranquil surroundings and summer lake life. We are close to Burlington, Montreal, the Lake Champlain Islands and ski resorts. The house is a duplex. I live in the front unit. Guests stay in the rear unit. Guest have there own entrances. Although our place has only one yard,we try to stay on our own side, and give guests there own privacy on there side. Guests are welcome to go down by the dock area to swim ,kayak etc. We hardly ever go down to the patio area,and try to keep that area exclusively for the guests. We try to give guests all the privacy they want. There is no exception on the pet policy. We are extremely Allergic. Sorry. Thanks Mitch.
