This family-friendly home is moments from Ocean Grove main beach - the sand is a two-minute walk from the front door! Ocean Grove beach is one of the best on the surf coast - patrolled and safe, it's great for kids. There's a playground and coffee kiosk just off the sand too. Great for 1 or 2 families - two living areas each with TV, upstairs and down. There’s also a rumpus room with pool table and spacious courtyard, so everyone can have their own space when needed. The space The property is a large townhouse with two yards - one sunny with a dining table, one shaded with a hanging chair and two sun lounges. The home has three bedrooms: - master with queen bed and ensuite downstairs; - 2nd with queen bed upstairs; and - a 3rd with bunks plus a trundle and a single bed and plus an additional single bed (i.e. can sleep 5 kids if needed). We've left a selection of our favourite kids and adult's novels, books, puzzles and games for you to enjoy. There's a Nespresso coffee machine that makes fab coffee. There is fast wifi available and a chromecast to stream from your devices to the TV. The house is a short walk via a walking path to the beach. It's also only a short walk to The Dunes restaurant and function centre, making it a convenient place to stay if you're planning on attending a wedding or other function at The Dunes. Guest access The whole house, bar a few locked cupboards where we keep supplies. Other things to note This is our family's beach house. These are our favourite things about it: - Laura (mum) - sitting in the hanging chair in the shady courtyard listening to the birds - Florence and Rufus (9yo and 6yo) - playing pool in the rumpus room - Jeremy (dad) - the outside shower in the sunny courtyard after I've been for a surf or a run to Barwon Heads or a morning ocean swim.
