Access to the house is at street level, it has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The lounge leads to a large 25-meter terrace. All rooms face the outside, including the bathrooms. The master suite is the most spacious, with a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two single beds (90 x 190 cm) each and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in closets. The kitchen is open to the living room and, like the whole house, is very bright and allows you to cook while viewing the natural environment of pine, olive and ivy trees that surround the house. It is fully equipped including a combi, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and pyrolytic oven. The equipment is completed with a Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, toaster, blender and kettle. In addition to a washing machine, iron and ironing board, in case you need it. Both bathrooms have windows to the outside, where showering while admiring nature will be a treat for your senses. From the terrace you can enjoy wonderful clear views, ideal at any time of the day for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
