We live on the ground floor, and we have lovingly prepared the upstairs apartment, with its fantastic terrace, to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Welcome to our cozy paradise!!! Access to the property is at street level; it has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The lounge leads to a spacious 25-square-meter (269-square-foot) terrace. Every room faces the outside, including the bathrooms. The master suite is the most spacious, with a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom; the other two bedrooms each have two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen opens onto the living room and, like the entire house, is very bright, allowing you to cook while enjoying the view of the natural surroundings of pine trees, olive trees, and ivy that surround the house. It is fully equipped, including a combination microwave, ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and pyrolytic oven. The kitchen is also equipped with a juicer, toaster, blender, and kettle. In addition to a washing machine, there is an iron and ironing board, in case you need them. Both bathrooms have exterior windows, so showering while admiring nature will be a treat for your senses. From the terrace, you can enjoy wonderful, unobstructed views, ideal at any time of the day for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
