Our luxurious alpine chalet for family and wellness vacations is located in the nature of the Nockberge biosphere reserve at an altitude of 1850 m in a perfect location on a quiet residential street. Due to the hillside location, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountain peaks and within walking distance you can reach all the highlights, such as the Falkertsee, the Heidialm mountain resort or the ski lifts. It is only rented as a whole unit and so you have everything just for yourself. Other things to note Upon arrival, we ask you to bring €350 in cash as a security deposit for the chalet. You will receive this back upon departure. Electricity costs are to be paid on site upon departure according to the meter (you only pay for what you use). € 0.6 will be charged per KWH. The visitor's tax is 2.70 per adult and, as is customary in Austria, is only charged for real overnight stays and only for adults upon departure.
