Rates are per 4 people, after 4 every extra guest is $25/ night and this is a super deal, very convenient for families and large groups. We live on the property in a different home, and I am here to be helpful. We love dogs, they are $25/ dog. There is wildlife here. If you fear they will run off keep them on a leash. Other things to note Weddings.. 1 to 50 $1500 51 to 100 $3100 ( in between these numbers we will negotiate, have a budget let us know, we will try to help all we can) Includes rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception. Tables-chairs included and if the event is less than 25 white table covers are included Parties and Events like bday or graduation are welcome as well. Minimum is $500 for a 4 hr party. ( head count, and the reason for the celebration will be factors in the cost) Going bigger, we can discuss and have had 300+ guests before, bands, etc We offer a menu, wife is an amazing cook.
