The space House is 2 story & 1200 sq ft. You will love the 3.5 comfy bedrooms, clean 2.5 bathrooms, cozy living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, backyard patio & easy access to parking space. Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage. There are 3.5 bedrooms with TV, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, backyard patio. Living room & dining room area can be use for lounging. The two full bathrooms has showers/tubs/sliding doors. There are two spaces in the driveway to park and street parking as well just across from the house. **No Smoking, No Pets & No House Parties are allowed** Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage. All parking are on the driveway or across the street of the house. HOA has very strict rules on towing at owner's expense.
