A walkable, quiet neighborhood. Minutes to downtown, beaches , Knox mountain & the rail trail. We have a large fenced back yard for well behaved pets to roam free. The suite is located on the lower level and the house was built in 1967. Although we make every effort to be quiet, noise transfer is inevitable. If this bothers you we may not be a fit for you. Towels, linens, coffee and light snack provided. The space Private entrance to lower suite. One bedroom with queen bed. Separate living room with couch, small table and 2 chairs. The couch has a roll out and makes into a twin size bed. We could accommodate a third person but the space is small for that and ideally fits 2. Fridge and options for food preparation. Coffee, tea and light snacks provided. We live upstairs, and available if you need anything. Large fenced back yard that is a shared space with us. We are not a child friendly, we love children but unfortunately our dog is fearful of them. Guest access Shared backyard. You are welcome to sit outside and enjoy the yard. The hot tub is not for guest use due to insurance regulation. You are welcome to let your pet roam free if it is well behaved. Other things to note I block days out on either side of guest stays for cleaning. If you’re needing extra days reach out and ask. All linens, including duvet and throw blankets are laundered between stays. Beach towels provided for our guests use. We have our own pets. Our dog Olive is a greeter so you can expect to see her. Nyx is our black cat that you may see outside and Luna is our fluffy white and gray girl who is an indoor cat.
