This full-home villa features a private terrace with stunning views, an outdoor grill, and spacious living areas. Located in a quiet gated community with 24/7 security, it’s the perfect place to relax, disconnect, and explore nearby nature, local markets, and the charm of town, all just minutes away. Ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers. The space This cozy 3-story home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room, dining area, half bathroom, and a full kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, and basic cooking needs. Step into the backyard to enjoy the grill and washer. The second floor features a master bedroom with a private full bathroom, closet, and vanity, a small sitting area, two additional bedrooms with closets, and another full bathroom. On the third floor, enjoy a large terrace with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing or sipping your morning coffee. Fresh towels, bed sheets, blankets, and all basic necessities are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the driveway, which fits two cars, as well as an additional visitor parking area nearby. Just a short walk from the home, there is a communal clubhouse that includes a pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and a social lounge. Next to the clubhouse, you'll also find playgrounds and a small soccer field, which can also be used to set up a volleyball net. To use the clubhouse facilities, simply ask the on-site ward, who will open and prepare the space for you. Please note that the pool is closed every Monday for cleaning. If you’re interested in housekeeping services, including cleaning and cooking, feel free to reach out in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange it. If you are getting food delivered, keep in mind you will have to meet the delivery driver at the front gate of the community. Other things to note This home is designed to offer a relaxing and peaceful stay. Below are a few helpful notes to guide you during your visit: Internet: Please note there is currently no Wi-Fi available in the house. We recommend downloading any entertainment or directions in advance if needed. Third Floor Room: There is a small room on the third floor that is currently under renovation. We kindly ask that you do not enter this space during your stay. Clubhouse Access: If you'd like to use the community clubhouse (pool, sauna, jacuzzi, etc.), please speak to the on-site guard to arrange access. Grill & Laundry: The grill and washer are located in the backyard and are available for your use. Security: The community is gated with 24/7 security for your peace of mind.
