Less than two miles from Lake Carlsbad Beach Park, City of Carlsbad Golf Course and Carlsbad Water Park. This home is designed to truly be a home away from home. The space Guest will have access to this sparkling clean 3 bedroom 2 bath open floor plan home that can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or groups wanting a place to stay. Keyless entry makes self-check-in a breeze. There is a ring doorbell for the front and back door. This house is a 1230 sq. ft. brick Ranch home features 2 modern bathrooms, a spacious living room and a big backyard to hang out or play with your dog. The backyard has a security fence, seating, shade, a fire pit, as well as a dog run and dog house. This home away from home has been tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind. The living room has a very comfortable couch, and love seat with power recline. A smart TV with access to Netflix or your favorite streaming app. The kitchen has an open floor plan that also features an electric stove, oven, granite counter tops, a dishwasher, refrigerator with an ice maker/freezer, microwave, crock pot, pots, pans, and utensils to cook a home cooked meal. There is also a Keurig with complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, honey and creamer for your enjoyment. There are also mugs, cups, wine glasses, shot glasses, plates, spices, table ware, condiments and plenty of other kitchen essentials for you to use. There is an island located in the kitchen so a nice conversation can happen while the cooking is going on. Don’t forget about the patio furniture with an umbrella out back just to sit outside and enjoy the day or night. All bedrooms have new hotel quality lux bedding with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom has a king size bed that is super soft and comfortable. This room also has a 43” smart TV to watch your favorite streaming service. This room also features a big closet and its own master bathroom with a walk- in shower and blackout curtains for late or day sleepers. The second bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed with a wall mounted smart tv with a big closet to hang up your clothes and to store your things. The third bedroom features 2 comfortable twin size beds with a wall mounted 43” smart TV to keep the kids busy or it can be used for 2 adult guests. There is also a cute hideaway reading cubby in the closet for the kids. The main bathroom features a clean full –size tiled shower/tub combo. There are hotel quality fluffy towels. We do not provide hygiene products, shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The home includes a washer, dryer, and one car garage. We have worked very hard to make sure this home is clean, comfortable and will meet all of your needs! Guest access Entire property Other things to note We allow pets with a $50 pet fee for up to 2 pets that includes a bed, bowls, doghouse and dog run with a shade tree. $30 additional per each pet after the 2. No pets on the furnishings please. Pet waste clean-up items will be supplied for your convenience to use. Any waste that is left will be cleaned by the host and a request for $30 fee will be submitted for payment. An inventory is completed before and after your stay. If any items are missing a request will be sent for payment to replace those items. Please do not set the temperature below 70 and please keep front and back doors shut when not in use during summer to help keep the house cool. Place all used towels in the bathtub. Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and please close the dishwasher door all the way and start it. Place any trash in the trash can located in front of the home. There will be a $40 charge for each additional guest after 6 persons. Absolutely no parties! No smoking or vaping in the house, but smoking is allowed outside. Please extinguish and dispose of all cigarette butts in a safe manner. Ash tray in the back yard. New Mexico is 420 friendly.
