The space The apartment is located in a quiet area of San Jose, just 5-10 minutes walk from restaurants, bars, tourist info, supermarkets, etc. The flat has 56m² with a double bedroom, bathroom, large balcony, kitchen and dining/living room. The flat has been renovated with a new kitchen, bathroom and living room in early 2024. Towels and sheets are available, as well as shampoo/shower gel and basic condiments in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Microwave, a Coffee Maker, stove, electric oven, a Kettle, a Fridge, and a Freezer. There is also a TV, Chromecast, fibre optics Internet, a Hair Dryer, and a Washing Machine. It is located in the Bahia Vista community, which offers a shared swimming pool and large community terrace. The communal pool is open from 15 May to 30 September. Other things to note During the main season, from Easter until mid-October, a wide variety of restaurants and small art shops are open Monday through Sunday. Supermarkets and local bars are open throughout the year. Due to the outdated water infrastructure in the region, the water pressure might be low during the peak season (July/August) and there might be occasional water outages for a couple of hours.
