Newly renovated home (half of a duplex) in Whittier, CA. This home is 1200 SF (2 bed, 1 bath) with an open concept living, dining and kitchen perfect for entertaining or hanging out with family and friends. Completely new floors, paint, kitchen and bath. Lots of parking on the street, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Perfect home for traveling families, home relocation, and friends. Central location, about 30 mins drive to Los Angeles and Orange County. Long stays welcome! The space Great house for remote work and we welcome monthly stays and offer good discounts. The house has been remodeled completely. As you enter, you’re greeted by an ample living room area with a sofa bed and a day bed. This space can be used for gathering at the end of the day or to relax and watch TV. The Smart TV is on an arm mount so it can turn easily to face the living room. The kitchen has all essentials and ample counter space (including the island). There is lots of seating area in the dining table that fits six. We have enough plates and cutlery for 8 people. There are two bedrooms off the hallway, each with a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. We have a closet with a stackable laundry machine. And a nook storage area by the bathroom with towels, laundry and cleaning supplies. For long term stays: we only stock up for the first few days and it’s your responsibility to supply your own toiletries and essentials. This house is a smoke free home, please refrain from smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana inside the house. Thank you! Guest access Access throughout Los Angeles and this area is more convenient by car. There are bike lanes available on Broadway, and a walking trail nearby. Parking in the area is primarily on the street. We’re a corner lot so there’s ample street parking at all times. Please just note the street sweeping days noted on the signs. If you don’t move your car, you’ll get a citation. Other things to note Street sweeping / cleaning occurs every Friday morning from 9 AM - 12 PM on our side of Rincon Dr. And on Mondays from 9 AM - 12 PM on the side of the street across from our house. Please do not park here during those hours.
