Private Room in shared house near TTC- Scarborough

Private Guest Room in a bungalow on a very quiet street. The house and room are very clean and well maintained and bright on sunny days. This is a peaceful neighbourhood. Close to Scarborough Town Centre, Centennial College, UofT Scarborough, Kennedy Subway Station. One parking spot for small/midsize car. Nice backyard garden in the summer. I work in horticulture and enjoy gardening. Super fast high speed internet and full cable HDTV! Great for students,single travelers, long term The space You will share the house with myself, and possibly one other guest with a maximum of 3 people living in the house, including the basement. But mostly just yourself and me so there is reduced chance of covid exposure. Guest access All areas of the house (expect parts of the basement) During your stay I work during the day, otherwise I am home so you might interact with me in the evening and weekends Other things to note 1 person only. Please be double vaccinated.
