It is located in a quiet village and: - 5 minutes from the Bierre-les-Semur toll (exit 23 via A6) -10 minutes from Semur-en-Auxois (Medieval city) -20 minutes from Morvan (Saulieu) It is also close to shops (Bakery, Maxi-Marché, pharmacy, beautician and hairdressers). The space This accommodation is on the second floor of a house, accessed by a staircase independent of it, as well as the entrance. It consists of: - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room including: A fridge, coffee maker (provide filter and coffee), kettle, stove with electric oven, microwave, toaster and raclette machine. - A living room, where there is a sofa bed (with a good mattress) for one person only (with a surcharge of 10 euros) - A bedroom with a double bed - bathroom with bathtub When booking for two people (Adults), please let us know if you need the sofa bed (extra charge of €10/night to be paid upon arrival) In the bedroom, we can add, on request: -An extra bed for a child from 3 to 14 years old on request only and for an extra 5 euro - A baby bed We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats. Earlier check-ins and late check-outs are to be discussed with hosts, who may charge an additional fee We accept pets at a cost of 20 Euros per night. To access this accommodation, we are at your disposal upon arrival for the handover of the keys in person or via a lockbox. You will access this home, via the roadside door. You will then have two floors to climb to have access to your entire home and fully equipped.
