Welcome to your cozy getaway surrounded by nature in one of Squamish's most desirable locations. This newly renovated garden-level studio offers a cozy layout and great amenities to ensure your stay is relaxing and comfortable. Our thoughtfully designed space offers a well-equipped kitchenette, double bed with 100% cotton linens and cozy duvet, 3-piece bathroom with soaker tub, and a private outdoor space with sitting area to enjoy the afternoon sunset after a big day of adventuring. The space The studio suite is situated on the ground level, offering large windows with plenty of natural light. The suite is attached to our home, a one-level rancher on a large, sunny, 14,000 sq ft lot. Surrounded by mature landscaping, including a 12ft hedge, the suite's side yard offers complete privacy. With a privacy screen installed to offer added separation from our backyard, you will be able to enjoy a comfortable outdoor setting all your own. The suite offers a double murphy bed, so you can tuck the bed away during the day to offer yourself more space to move around. The suite is suitable for up to two people, although an infant or young child could stay in a portable crib (not provided), although space is limited. The kitchenette is well equipped to make light meals or snacks. It includes a toaster oven with built-in air fryer, mini-fridge with small freezer, electric kettle, French Press coffee maker (coffee & tea provided), full set of dishes, glassware, wine glasses, corkscrew, cutlery, and prep utensils. Please note there is no oven, hot plate, dishwasher or BBQ. There is a beautiful bathroom with a deep soaker tub/shower combo. Relax in a warm bath after your day of exploring, or wash off that dirt and sweat, before putting your feet up for a cozy night in. The living space offers two comfortable chairs, coffee table and a 32" Smart TV with Netflix so you can kick back and take in your favourite show or movie. TV is on a swivel bracket so you can even watch from the comfort of bed. The suite is equipped with several board games, including bananagrams, boggle, qwirkle, yahtzee, a crib board and a deck of cards. Enjoy some takeout from one of the near by restaurants, a cold beer from one of the local breweries, or BYO your own snacks and drinks, and enjoy a night away from the hustle and bustle of homelife. We can't wait to welcome you to our favourite place on earth. Guest access The studio suite and adjacent yard is for guest use only. We will not be in your space during your stay. We ask that you park on the street and not in our driveway. We do have a young child and puppy who you may hear playing in the backyard at times, and our son may say hello through the fence! Other things to note Arriving late and don't want to have to think about having to stop for groceries or to figure out where to eat the next morning? Pre-order your breakfast basket prior to arrival and let us take care of ensuring you have some delicious treats to wake up to! 1) Breakfast Basket: Including juice, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, baked goods (from local bakery), jam, butter, coffee or tea for 2 people. (see breakfast tray in photos for sample). Additional items not shown may also include sparkling wine (mimosa) or baileys (coffee). Vegan options also available with advance notice. All items procured from local vendors when possible.
