IN THE MAIN HOUSE ON THE 1ST LEVEL: - A very well-equipped kitchen open to the dining room (American fridge, induction stove, oven and microwave, large sink, large stone worktop, sufficient dishes) - A living room with comfortable sofas for 12 people, as well as a play area for children - A dining room for 15 people - A terrace with access to the garden - A bedroom with a 160×200 bed and its private shower room - 1 separate toilet in the entrance On the 2nd level: - One bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed - A bedroom with a single bed 90 x 190 + Mattress 90 x 190 on the floor on request - A bathroom with toilet adjoining the two bedrooms On the ground floor overlooking the garden: - A bedroom with a 160x200 bed - A 2nd adjoining bedroom, with a 140 x 200 bed, a private shower room and a toilet. (These 2 bedrooms retain their freshness in summer thanks to the thick stone walls of the house and are therefore not air-conditioned but equipped with fans in case) - A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer IN THE AIR-CONDITIONED SEPARATE APARTMENT (Open for reservations over 10 people) - Stay with the possibility of 1 person sleeping on the sofa - Kitchen area and dining area - 1 bedroom with 2 separate 90 cm beds - 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 - A shower room and a separate toilet. After a day at the beach or walking the streets of Montpellier, you'll be happy to have a quiet aperitif in our green garden. Equipped with 2 tables, you can enjoy meals in a green and secluded garden. A large barbecue is available for grilling A large trampoline is available for children. A 4-meter-long and 0.81-cm-deep tubular pool is installed for the months of July and August. Very well maintained house: please take care of it as if it were your own. Parties are not allowed. Quiet neighborhood, please respect the neighborhood. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. The independent apartment is open from a booking beyond 11 people. Only two small rooms where our personal belongings are will be locked. Other things to note Family home: We live in this house year-round.
