Uber to most places in 5-10 mins or e-scooter it. The space Casa Dos Torres at Calle Colon is a private one-bedroom apartment. It is fully air-conditioned with brand new super quiet inverter ACs. The apartment is on the second floor and you have to climb two flights of stairs. We cater to value-minded individuals looking for a comfortable place to stay. This property may not suit people looking for luxury accommodations. The house has a small patio on the second floor where you can enjoy a bottle of wine with your friends in the evening. Arguably the best supermarket in San Juan - Supermax Condado is just 10 minute walk. Calle Loiza is one block away and is well known for its bars, coffee shops, and casual and fine dining restaurants. Condado beach - one of the most beautiful beaches in San Juan, is three blocks away (about a 6-minute walk). San Juan airport is about 7 to 10 minutes by uber or taxi. The house is located in an urban area with Miami-style security windows and may not be a good fit for travelers looking for an entirely soundproof environment. However, the block and area are typically very quiet. We are a NON-SMOKING property. If you plan to SMOKE on the patio or indoors, you SHOULD NOT BOOK this place. The kitchen has a double plate induction cooktop. There is no oven appliance. The property doesn't have a backup electrical generator.
