Bright and clean room 2min walk from subway and Central Park, 10 min walk to Columbia University. Building is in a crowded street with many restaurants. The apartment is a two flight walk-up. Suitable for 1-2 people. The space Room includes bed and space for your stuff. The room is relatively small, but comfortable. Very convenient to the subways, central park, Columbia University without the hassles of crowded streets. Very relaxed setting while still in Manhattan. There are many small grocery shops nearby, a 24 hour pharmacy, two beer gardens, nail salons, restaurants such as Vinateria, Zoma, Lido, Savann, Jado Sushi, and many more are right around the corner. Guest access I am renting out the second bedroom. You’re welcome to use the restroom at your convenience, however my daughter and I will be staying in the living room/kitchen area. During your stay I like to be friendly and helpful for my guests. I want you to feel free to come to me with any questions or concerns about NYC, the room, getting around etc. I am also busy most of the time, so please feel free to reach out to me by text.
