A peaceful oasis, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the region and its family activities. A supplement may be requested. ► The apartment has a bright living room with a leather sofa-bed that sleeps an additional 2; a baby crib is available free of charge. ⚠️An extra €20 will be requested if you book for 2 people and want to use the sofa bed. ♥The kitchen open to the living room is user-friendly with its bar which serves as a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, oven, dishwasher, dishes, glasses and wine glasses, decanter, various appliances (toaster, citrus juicer, electric mixer) and condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea, herbal teas, sugar etc.) ♥A small bedroom with a queen size bed (160 by 190) with a storage closet The entrance also has a storage closet ♥The bathroom has a shower with rain curtain, washing machine and toilet ♥I provide towels, sheets (beds are made on arrival), shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, board games, books etc... The apartment is relaxing, quiet, totally soundproofed, you will not hear the neighbors! You'll feel right at home! ⚠️Quiet in the garden is mandatory For summer, the Aqualis pool is ideal for cooling off! It is 5 minutes from the apartment. 🧹🧺 Cleaning is not charged, tenants will have to return the apartment clean (garbage cans taken out, linen removed from the bed, linen gathered in the shower, dishes clean and tidy, vacuum cleaner used, lights off). ⚠️A €35 fee may be charged if this is not done.
