An extra fee may be requested. ► The apartment has a bright living room with a convertible leather sofa that can accommodate 2 additional people; a travel cot to accommodate a baby is available free of charge. ⚠️A supplement of €20 will be requested if you book for 2 people and want to use the sofa bed. ♥The kitchen open to the living room is friendly with its bar that serves as a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, oven, dishwasher, dishes, glasses and wine glasses, decanter carafe, various appliances (toaster, citrus press, electric beater) and condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea, sugar etc ...) ♥A small bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 by 190) with a storage closet The entrance also has a storage closet ♥The bathroom has a shower with rain curtain, washing machine and toilet ♥I provide towels, sheets (beds are made on arrival), shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, board games, books, etc. The apartment is relaxing, quiet, totally soundproof, you will not hear the neighbors!
