The space An apartment designed with attention to every detail With carefully chosen furniture, high-quality materials, and chic industrial decor, each space has been designed to make you feel truly at home. The living room, which opens onto the kitchen, creates a friendly atmosphere, perfect for a one-on-one dinner around the bar. The bedroom has a queen size bed (160 x 190) with storage, for a real moment of rest. The shower room is equipped with a rain shower, a washing machine (a dryer is available on the balcony), and a toilet. Towels and toiletries are provided. The beds are made upon your arrival. The apartment is located on the ground floor: no steps between the parking lot and the entrance, real comfort on a daily basis. The residence is quiet and green, and the apartment is soundproofed, although, as in any residence, a minimum of shared living is still possible. As for amenities, everything is there: fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, appliances, condiments), washing machine, hairdryer, iron, board games, books, etc. 🐾 A truly dog-friendly apartment Dogs (and cats!) are welcome, up to 3 pets. The apartment has been designed for them: the sofa is made of leather, so there's no problem with hair. The private garden is fully fenced.
