The space This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit has a king in the main bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom (or 2 twins rather than the 1 queen), and a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen and living room with a fireplace Maximum occupancy: 6 PLEASE NOTE: Most 2 bedroom queen units are located on the 2nd floor (stairs required). The 2nd bedroom will usually have 1 queen bed, but there are some 2 bedroom units with 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom; it's based on availability for your arrival date. Please let me know which bed configuration would work best for you if it matters and the property will make every effort to accommodate your preference, if possible. Pool & Hot Tub Information: Main outdoor pool is seasonal; closed from Fall until late Spring. Pool and hot tubs hours are from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. The hot tubs are open year-round. Other things to note Optional Wifi (in room) Rate is $9.95/day for 3 devices or $49.95 for 10 days for 3 devices with Free Wifi in computer room and some common areas. IMPORTANT: Guests must confirm first and last name, as listed on a photo ID, when requesting to book. Once a guest name is listed on the reservation, it is non-transferable and unalterable; the reservation can only be updated to a different guest name for a $99 guest transfer fee ($129 if change is requested on same day as arrival). Name you tell us to put on the reservation needs to match first/last name on ID. Primary guest must be 18 years or older, have a valid credit card, photo ID, and be physically present for obtain key cards to the unit. Upon arrival, guests will receive room assignment and parking pass. The units are assigned at random upon check-in (like a hotel), so unit location, view within the building will vary. Onsite management requires a $250 REFUNDABLE pre-authorization on a credit card. This authorization HOLD (NOT a charge) is released approximately 24-48 hours after checkout. Standard bank processing times apply. Pictures from this listing may be slightly different than actual (i.e. furniture, paint, etc.) as the management is maintaining/upgrading units regularly.
