It is equipped with all the necessary amenities: -A full kitchen with a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as all the dishes and pots ready to use, so you won't have to worry about a thing -A private bathroom complete with shower -Two single beds, the second of which is a pullout bed, ideal if you are alone to make the most of all the space possible :) - Television and stereo - Heating and air conditioning for maximum comfort in every season. *The Terrace* You will fall in love with our magnificent terrace, a small oasis of peace in the heart of the city that will allow you to relax at any time and enjoy some vitamin D, surrounded by the greenery of plants cared for with great love. It is furnished with a beautiful hand-decorated Deruta ceramic table, a lounger for lying in the sun or in the shade thanks to the covered area, and a masonry barbecue, perfect for those who love to cook outdoors and organize summer barbecues. *The Location* The attic is located on the main street of Caserta, perfect for getting around on foot without the need to have or move a car. Just across from the house, you will find a newly opened shopping mall with a "Coop" supermarket, stores such as "Acqua&Sapone", and a bar, as well as a self-service laundromat. On the street, in less than five minutes, you will have pizzerias, restaurants, and bars, or even ice cream parlors, sushi, and much more. A little further on, you will find "Corso Trieste", the heart of the historic center of Caserta, with many shops at your disposal, and it will lead you to the wonderful "Royal Palace of Caserta", with its gardens and historic apartments that you simply must visit. The station, for both trains and buses, is also just a 10-minute walk away, and from there you will have all the connections to any destination you want.
