Available only for guests staying 3 weeks or more) Take Note: ️️️ • Check-in time is strictly from 2PM-4PM only (Strict implementation of the Admin). It's self-check in. • Check-out time is at 12 noon. Request for extension of stay or late check out must be coordinated in advance before booking. • P9,600 shall be charged in case of damage of the condo's digital door. • No parties or events • Not suitable for pets • No smoking, no drugs nor any illegal activities. • Please dispose your garbage properly. • For safety, please turn off the lights, air conditioned unit and other electrical equipment when going out. • Please close the gas tank when not in use. • Please take good care of the condo unit and its contents. Use it as if it is your own. • Please respect other occupants in the building by not being noisy. • Please take care of your personal belongings, we are not liable for a y loss of your personal property. If you will bring a car, SM San Lazaro (across the condominium) has overnight parking with a mininal fee of P300. Guest access The guests can access to/use the following: Clubhouse Adult and kiddie pool Jogging path Outdoor gym Children's playground Basketball court Other things to note After booking my place, kindly send me a clear photo or scanned copy of one (1) valid government issued IDs (e.g. Passport) of ALL guests. About the security deposit, it will not automatically be deducted to your cc, it will only be deducted upon or after your check out in case of damage found and/or loss occured in my unit. So please take care of my unit and its contents as your own.
