Our charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath cottage is ideally located—just a mile from downtown, minutes from the Jet Express and public beach, and 30 minutes from Cedar Point. Whether you’re here to explore Lake Erie Shores & Islands, cast a line, or simply relax, Clinton Cottage is the perfect home base for your stay. The space 3 Bedrooms 1 with a King bed (main level), 1 with a Queen Bed (main level), 1 with a Queen and a twin (upper level) and a Twin bed located on the upper level in the common area. 1 full bathroom on the main level and a half bath on the upper level. All bedrooms and common area have smart TV's. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to prepare a meal. We provide coffee, linens, towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap. You will have use of the washer/dryer during your stay. Outdoor propane grill, outdoor dining table and a firepit area with chairs are located in our fenced in backyard. This house is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. We ask that you respect the neighbors and their privacy. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage. Other things to note Smart TV's in all bedrooms and a common area great for kids that bring along gaming devices. Plenty of room for the whole family or several families to spread out.
