🌟 Accommodation rated 3/5 on Étoile de France. 🌟 Spacious and very well-equipped accommodation with a beautiful terrace with magnificent and exotic views. Ideally located on the island of Coudalère, you will have access to many sports facilities (tennis court, soccer, boules court, outdoor bodybuilding equipment...). 2 swimming pools open from May to the end of October depending on the season, and a children's play area is also present. Shops, entertainment, restaurants, markets are on site. The space Accommodation has a nice living space with fully equipped kitchenette including: stove top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher... A living room dining room with sofa bed and large flat screen TV with free wifi. a renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. A spacious terrace with a lovely view where you can have unforgettable meals. Large free parking at the foot of the residence. Guest access The property is entirely dedicated to tenants. The amenities and entertainment on Coudalère are also accessible. It is located on the 2nd floor of 3, it is accessible only by stairs. Other things to note ⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️ Sheets and towels are not included in the booking! A Concierge is available for your arrival and departure. A deposit check of €500 will be requested by the concierge upon arrival and returned after departure if the apartment has nothing damaged. If you want to rent the sheets, it is possible by requesting it in advance. - linen rental: €15 per bed/stay - Towel rental 2 towels per person: €12 per stay/person - high chair rental €20/stay - cleaning: a credit card imprint of €45/stay will be taken upon arrival and will be canceled if the apartment is clean.
