Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire first floor of the home as well as all outdoor areas. Guests are not permitted in the unoccupied area of the second floor. There is plenty of parking in the large driveway at the home. Please do not drive or park on the grass areas. Other things to note Swim at your own risk. No diving off of dock. If you are bringing a boat, please make sure you have discussed with property manager. Fire pit area is at your own risk. PLEASE make sure to wash off any sand before entering the home. Sorry, no pets are allowed. No exceptions. If you need to make any changes to your reservation (number of guests, dates, etc), please notify property manager immediately. Maximum allowable guests is 6. No exceptions. There is no trash pick up at the house. PLEASE be sure to NEATLY bag all trash and leave in the trash cans provided.
