Note: -We only transact via Airbnb -Strictly maximum of 3 guest only allowed -Visitors of our guest are not allowed to enter the building The space The condo unit is cleaned, disinfected and sanitized in accordance to Covid-19 protocols. A brand new 1BR with Balcony condo unit includes FREE daily coffee and tea, FREE shampoo and soap, FREE toothbrush and toothpaste, fast WIFI connection, Smart TV, double-sized bed, sofa, office table, automatic washing machine with dryer, refrigerator, microwave, shower heater, air condition unit, built-in electric cook top, range hood, rice cooker, cooking utensils, and silverware. Towels will be supplied. Extra Mattress (size: double) for the 3rd guest. Get a good night's sleep while enjoying the cozy blend and texture of soft pillow and blanket. Note: Inside the unit, there is a Guest Manual and FAME Residences General Rule booklet. The manual contains all of the necessary information, such as the WiFi password, emergency hotlines, rules, local transportation information, sights to see and things to do, location of the garbage room outside the unit, how to use the appliances, contact information and detailed FAME Residences General Rules. We need to request approval from the admin atleast 2 working days before check-in. We appreciate if you could provide earlier to avoid check-in problems. HOUSE RULES: - No parties or events allowed - No smoking allowed - No pets allowed - No unregistered guest allowed. - No drying or hanging of clothes in the balcony. - Never leave your shoes/slippers outside the unit. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedroom. - Please respect the noise curfew. - Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out. Close doors and windows when leaving the room. - Please respect check-in (after 2:00 pm) and check-out (12:00 pm) times. - Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement (if applicable) - Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for the damages. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please wash your dishes. - Please take the trash out EVERYDAY, to avoid insects inside the unit (please read guest manual for the location of the Garbage room). - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - Never throw tissue inside the toilet Extra Hours extension: Depends from the availability and with additional fee. Visitors of the guest are not allowed to enter the building as per Building Admin policy. They can only stay at the building lobby.
