There are plenty of ideas to keep the whole family busy. Private Space and Tranquility: The entire house is at your disposal. To preserve the tranquility of the place, access is reserved only for your group, and no outside visitors can be accommodated without prior agreement. In order to avoid having "surprise guests" during the stay, any additional person not initially planned at the time of booking will be charged 30 euros per night per person. Please respect the quietness of the neighborhood by maintaining a reasonable noise level. Other things to note - Essentials: So that you can start your stay with peace of mind, we provide you with tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, toilet paper etc. Please note that these products will not be replenished during your stay. - Beds ready upon arrival: The beds will be made upon arrival, so you can relax from the first minutes of your stay. - Use of the fireplace: For safety reasons, the fireplace should not be used as a barbecue. - Local activities: 2 km from the house, in the town, a tennis court and a bowling alley are freely accessible (free of charge and without reservation). Please note that work planned for 2024 may limit access. Two tennis rackets and pétanque balls are available in the outbuilding. - Safety around the pool: The pool, equipped with an electric safety curtain, presents a risk of drowning. Children must be under constant parental supervision. We recommend covering the pool when not in use to prevent accidents. In addition, to preserve the liner, it is forbidden to play with objects likely to damage it or to move furniture around the pool. The pool is in hibernation from the end of September to the end of April each year. We decline any responsibility in case of an accident. - Cleanliness of the premises: Cleaning is included, but we ask that you leave the house in a decent condition: dishes washed, dishwasher emptied, garbage sorted and placed in the appropriate bins, barbecue and plancha cleaned - Respect for peace and quiet and the neighborhood: Parties are not allowed. Please respect the tranquility of the premises and the neighborhood, especially around the pool and on the terrace. - Exterior security: Cameras are installed outside to monitor the front door and gate.
