The space Avon Lodge offers 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 indoor living areas and large north and south facing outdoor decks. With comfortable couches and chairs in all areas, a private space can be found for everyone. The house is surrounded by native garden, including plenty of our famous moonah trees. Being situated in the middle of the block, all living areas and bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto decks with garden views. A large outdoor 6 seater spa is available and can be booked for a $100 fee prior to arrival. This ensures it is filled with frech water and heated to 38 degrees. Avoid the traffic and hustle of the bay beaches and enjoy the serenity offered at the ocean beach area. Simply stunning! Guest access Avon Lodge is on a corner block with 2 gates if required. The driveway parking can hold up to 4 cars with a parking bay at the front offering space for another 2 cars. There is plenty of off road parking for all vehicles. Other things to note A large 55 inch TV is in the main living room. 4 of the bedrooms also have tvs. A hifi system is set up in the loung and WIFI is available. We supply bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, doonas and pillows. Protective covers are supplied for matresses, doonas and pillows. Unless linen is booked, guests are required to bring their bath towels, beach towels, sheets, pillow, and doona covers. Linen can be booked at $20 per person - supplied or $30 per person - fitted.
