This condo has been our families slice of heaven since 2007. It is an ocean front high rise with all the amenities. Panoramic views of the Pacific and the most amazing sunsets. We are located on the sunnier and less windy side of the building. The community is laid back and gated with 24/7 security and free parking. Unlike many other communities in the area, Calafia has a semi-private beach. 30 min south of the SD border and 10 min from Rosarito/Puerto Nuevo and 50 min from Valle de Guadalupe. The space Oceanfront 2 bedroom & 2 bath fully furnished high rise condo. The living room and kitchen are light and bright with windows and wrap around balconies offering panoramic views of the Pacific. This is a great place for families and couples to relax and watch the waves. Often you will see dolphins and an occasional whale sighting. Along with amazing star gazing at night. We have Wifi, smart TV's and Direct TV in the living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own a small private balcony, and a private bathroom with tub. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire Condo and all common areas. Pools, hot tubs, club houses, gym, beach, ping pong table, grills, etc. Other things to note This Condo has everything that you need, it is located close to several great restaurants and some in walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you should need for meal preparation and the coffee is complimentary. This area is well known for it’s excellent surf (K38), sports fishing, exquisite cuisine and Valle de Guadalupe wineries...and only 4 miles from the town and exciting night life of Rosarito.
