Hello I am Vincenzo, I have always lived in Bologna, the city of good food that gives me so many emotions every day. I have a house in the first suburbs of Bologna and near the entrance to the Fair that I no longer use. Since it was given to me by a loved one, I have always taken great care of it, but I was sorry to leave it at the mercy of time and therefore the decision to rent it to travelers interested in staying in Bologna. The space The apartment, on the fourth floor with an elevator, consists of 1 double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed (without a door), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. For those arriving by car, there is ample parking in the area (for a fee until 6 p.m., excluding Sundays). In the kitchen, you will find a kettle and coffee/tea/herbal teas and biscuits for breakfast, as well as fresh water in the refrigerator. Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note Newly renovated apartment in a strategic location: - 10 min walk from the Central Station - 10 min walk from the Fair - less than 5 minutes by car from the ring road - two bus stops from the historic center (15 min walk) - adjacent to a bike path - The kitchen is not in use, so it is not possible to use it.
