All this and much more is included with this beautiful home. The lodge is located close to the historical town of Andrews, NC as well as the Nantahala Forest. Rafting, hiking, biking and more outdoor activities are just minutes away. Casino and dining are mins away. The space The Bella Vista Lodge is located at the top of the mountain in a beautiful, gated community. A large open family room with a wood burning fireplace and kitchen welcomes you from the main entrance. Cooking is a breeze with the open, modern and well-appointed kitchen. The Primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom as well as the second bedroom with a queen bed are centrally located on the main floor. The upstairs loft has a workstation with 2 computer screens as well as a 2nd full bathroom with a shower and a 3rd bedroom with a king bed. The lower level has a large family space where you can play pool, ping pong, board games or relax around the wood burning stove. In addition, there is a day bed sofa with a trundle for additional sleeping space. Access to the 2-car garage for your convenience. The outdoor spaces are amazing with a seating area, smoker/grill, pizza oven and fire pit. Wraparound decks with ample space to enjoy and play a game of cornhole. Enjoy privacy while relaxing in the spa, sipping some wine and taking in the amazing Mountain views. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, decks and property as well as the community areas around the lake. There is a 2-car garage available to guests for cars or motorcycles as well as use of the driveway. Other things to note Please feel free to use the entire home and property except the locked closets. Please use the fireplace, wood burning stove and fire pit responsibly. Child supervision is required for these areas and please be aware that some surfaces will be HOT to the touch. We ask that outdoor seat cushions are placed in the storage bin provided when not in use so that they do not blow away. Please do not rearrange any furniture inside the lodge. To access the garage for vehicles: enter through the front door then go down to the lower level. Unlock the door to the garage and press the buttons on the wall next to the door to open garage doors.
