The dining area includes a cozy window seat and opens onto a side deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining space. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a large refrigerator, gas stove/oven, Bosch dishwasher, copper sink, microwave, trash compactor, and spacious pantry—everything you need to cook for a crowd. A half bath is conveniently located just off the kitchen. SECOND FLOOR Primary Suite • Guest Bedroom • Full Bathroom The primary suite includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and French doors opening to a private balcony with forest views. The en suite bath features both a shower and vintage clawfoot tub for relaxing soaks. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet, and dresser. A full bathroom down the hall offers a combination clawfoot tub and shower with a hand-held shower head. THIRD FLOOR LOFT Open Sleeping Areas The vaulted loft is divided into two semi-private sleeping spaces. One side has a queen bed, twin bed, and a small seating area, while the other features an additional queen bed. The loft overlooks the central atrium, creating an airy, open feel. LOWER LEVEL 4 Bedrooms • Full Bath • Game Area • Laundry Area Bunk Room: 4 staggered twin-size bunk beds, ideal for kids or single guests. Also on this level: a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a game area with a foosball table, board games, puzzles, and children’s books. The Perfect Base for Outdoor Adventure Nestled in the trees and close to Payette Lake, this cabin offers easy access to year-round outdoor recreation—boating, water skiing, paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, backpacking to pristine alpine lakes, downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling. Guest access The entire home and all of the common areas of the private community are accessible, including the beach and the shared dock. Other things to note No pets. No smoking.
