Courtyard Guesthouse with country views

Beautifully decorated cosy guesthouse in the Northern Irish countryside with stunning views from the property grounds of the Mourne Mountains. A peaceful location surrounded by fields and a neighbours private forest to the side. (Perfect for bird watchers!) The front of the guesthouse is set in an idyllic courtyard with a patio area to dine and enjoy a morning coffee or a bbq in the summer months. Perfect base for those who want peace and quiet but still central to all N.I has to offer! The space Our guesthouse is located to the back of our family home within a courtyard setting. The house is completely separate with approx 1500sq ft of space. There is a large living room with courtyard views, spacious kitchen with everything required for self catering and three very spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and bedroom two has a double. There is a jack and Jill en-suite between these two bedrooms. Bedroom three has a mezzanine area with a double mattress and tv - perfect for children over 10 years old. There are ladders with handles up to this area however please note that it is the guests responsibility to allow any children to use this area. The ground floor in bedroom three has a double bed. Can place a cot in any room if requested. There is good Wi-fi, Apple TV with Netflix, fire stick , lots of DVD’s, books, board games and toys - plenty to keep you entertained!
