Your space is a 2BR/1BA, well equipped apartment over stand alone garage. Our property is conveniently located to I-5 but house is set back from the street and sits right by Tualatin river. Convenient yet Peaceful. Perfect for visiting Portland! Our property is quite private and give country feel. It is tucked away from the street. Please be ready to drive down a long driveway (including some gravel road) to find us :) 1 Queen bed in a master and 2 twin beds in other room The apartment has a dining table with 4 chairs and a couch and a chair in the living room. Our house is on 2 acre lot along the river. Your apartment is entire seocnd floor of our detached 3 car garage (though we only park one car in it...) You will use the exterier stair to reach the apartment. Though the distance between 2 buildings are merely 6 yards (?), we will carry on our daily life as usual. When you need help, let me know and I will be happy to assist you. Our neighborhood is a very typical suburb, I think.... You can safely walk, run if you would like. The closest on-ramp to highway I-5 is about 2.5 miles and for 405 is 4 miles. It is very easy to access to downtown Portland. Unfortunately, not really good public transportation options around. Our driveway and your parking space is gravel. May not be suitable if you are sensitive to your car gets dust, sirt, etc., There is a temperature regulation in the space but not universal through the unit. (Spilt AC in the living room) We do leave a high chair and pack and play for our guests to use. Those equipments are somewhat of additional amenity when you use, please make sure to clean it for our next guest. Access to our apartment uses exterior stairs (wood) which does not have a cover from the environment. We provide body shampoo (Ivory) and Shampoo and Conditioner combo (Pantene). If these do not agree with you, please bring your own products.
