Warm, cosy and thermostat controlled, our end of terrace house is tucked away with with views over Mina Park from two of the bedrooms. We have cat 🐈⬛ called Roddy who we try and put in a cat hotel when we’re away but if we can’t manage it we just ask that guests feed him and give him fresh water each day 🙏💕. He has a really gentle temperament and is really friendly once he’s gotten over his shyness! We have HIGHSPEED internet with wifi connection, and a 4K 49" smart TV with all the usual online apps (BBC iplayer, Netflix, etc), and there is a 4K Blu Ray player with a huge range of DVDs and Blu Ray's available for you to watch curled up by the fire 🔥! Our loft extension and master bedroom has an ensuite walk in shower, a smart TV on an arm that pulls out from the wall and a Juliet balcony overlooking Mina Park. All three Velux windows have black out blinds as well as light diffusers so you can be woken up by the morning sunlight or be in total darkness if you prefer. Our second bedroom is our sons bedroom and comprises of a top bunk only, which can sleep an adult - and the third bedroom next to it has a daybed which will be set up as a kingsize! The downstairs has a Summer and Winter layout, and we move the furniture around depending on the season! In April, if its warm, we will use the summer layout. Both are pictured! We also have a travelcot but you will need to bring your own bedding! Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole house and the garden. Please lock the back door when you go out! Parking is free in Saint Werburghs. However the flipside is that you may need to have a look around for a parking space. If you aren’t able to find any spaces on our road, there are lots of options. We advise you look for parking down Sandbed Road or any of the interlinking residential streets nearby. Other things to note Our cat Roddy is likely to be at home if we can’t find him a cat hotel! Please feed him and give him water every day. He absolutely loves cuddles, and he has a cat flap that he can use to go out whenever he needs. If he is at home, we ask that you close off the living room from the kitchen at nighttime when you go to bed! Parking on the streets of St Werburghs is FREE. However, the flipside is that you may need to have a look around for a parking space. If you aren’t able to find any spaces on our road, there are lots of options. We advise you look for parking down Sandbed Road or any of the interlinking residential streets nearby.
