Use of the lovely family bathroom (just outside the room), no other bedroom needs to use this bathroom as all other bedrooms are ensuite. The family bathroom has bath, shower over bath, toilet, basin. Room 5: (Purple) Can be configured as either a twin (2 full size single beds), or a Super King. Gorgeous en-suite shower room. Dressing table, built in wardrobe and patio door straight onto the large garden. Garden, patio and sea view. Utility room with sink, cupboards, washer and dryer and access to garden. Mud room: with lots of hanging space, boot /shoe space and a place to get ready for your fun day out. Incredible outside space, massive garden, 3 patios/ terraces with lots of outdoor lounges, seating, dining area, double swinging chair, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and counter with stools, hot tub overlooking the amazing views. Great for large groups, families with children. Lots of space and gated from the road (which is quiet anyway). Just 200 metres away is the village recreation area which is also great for kids football etc. Slapton village is a small beautiful village with 2 wonderful pubs. The Queens arms and the Tower Inn are both a short walk away. So many beaches in this area, but Slapton Sands is just a few minutes drive. Countless beaches within 20-30 mins drive. One of THE best locations in Devon for so much choice for things to do every day!! # Guest access The whole house except the garage. Lots of parking, in the drive way, at the top of the drive and even on the road outside. No shortage of free parking! Other things to note Wheel chair/ disabled access: For wheel chair users we recommend you sleep in bedroom 1 master ensuite. This means you can stay on the top floor of the property and don't need to ever go downstairs. The house is an 'upside down house'..... The parking and the main floor of the house (which includes the kitchen, living room 1, dining room, office, WC, terraces, outside kitchen, master bedroom, balcony and ensuite) are all wheel chair accessible. The master bedroom and the ensuite bathroom have 32 inch openings, and the double shower is open on each end with a 32 inch opening. There is no step into the shower either so it's possible to wheel in and out. The entrance to this floor is flat from the top of the driveway (where there is ample wheel chair accessible parking), all the way to the house with multiple sliding door openings to access this floor ranging from 32 inches to 51 inches. The downstairs is also wheelchair accessible if parking at the bottom of the steep drive way. Once parked at the bottom the driveway is flat to the front door (39 inches wide) providing access to the lower floor. However, we would recommend wheel chair users access the property from the top of the drive way, along the flat entrance, through the sliding doors and sleep on this floor (master ensuite) where the larger bathroom iis, and this bathroom has a shower that you can wheel into, and the living spaces such as office, living room 1 and kitchen diner are all on this floor!
