The studio, located in the beautiful Vino Bello Resort, has 393 square feet of space decorated with old tuscan charm. There is a king size bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. It has a kitchenette and a small seating area with dining table. The bathroom has a soaking tub with shower. There's a wall mounted 27" plasma screen TV, washer/dryer and furnished patio or balcony. There are many amenities located on the property. A bottle of complimentary wine will be waiting for you in your room. The space You will also have high-speed Internet access, premium bedding (hypo-allergenic bedding available upon request), cribs available upon request, cable TV, pay movies, DVD/CD/VCR player, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clock radio, in-room safe, air conditioning and climate control, electronic/magnetic keys and free local calls. During your stay Check-in is located at the front desk of the adjacent Meritage Resort and Spa. I am not located on site but I can be reached via telephone if needed. Other things to note -There is a nightly $7 resort fee charged by the resort at checkout. -The resort will put a hold on your credit card upon check in for any incidentals you charge or any damage you or your guest you cause. -The Vino Bello is a timeshare property. You are not obligated to attend a timeshare presentation at any time. -Travel insurance is always recommended. -All guests must comply with resort rules: no smoking, no pets and you must be 21 or older to check in. -As timeshare owners we make a reservation with Shell Vacations Club at the time of your reservation request. Therefore, there are no cancellations or changes after your reservation request has been made. -Your room is assigned at time of check-in. The resort will ask for identification and a credit card for incidentals at time of check-in. These documents must match the name on your reservation. If you should need a different room due to location or other issues please contact the front desk and they will do their best to accommodate your needs. -When renting this property you (the tenant/s) agree to use and maintain the resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. -You (the tenant/s) affirm that you will follow all the policies and rules of the resort as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time. -You (the tenant/s) expressly acknowledge and agree that this agreement is for the temporary use of the resort and that you (the tenant/s) shall not under any circumstance sublet the resort unit. - You (the tenant/s) agree not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to comply may result in eviction by the resort. - You (the tenant/s)t accept all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or resort property during the rental period by you (the tenant/s) or your guests. -You (the tenant/s) hereby indemnify and hold the owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
