There is a neighborhood beach just down the street and the grocery store is hardly a minute away! Located in the heart of Marathon, MM50, great restaurants and activities are within a 5-10 minute drive! The Master Bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed, flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and water closet. Upstairs are two guest bedrooms that share a hall bath. One is a King with a flat-screen TV and the other has bunk beds with a trundle (twin/full/twin), a flat-screen TV, and an XBOX 360 with games! The guest room downstairs has a King bed, flat-screen TV, and its own bathroom. You'll enjoy a beautiful view down the canal from the second-floor balcony and the colors from the sunrises and sunsets! In addition to the pool, hot tub, and kayaks, Marathon Angler's Retreat has plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrella, and board games (plus a tv in every bedroom and living room, XBOX360 and games)! Enjoy grilling (both charcoal and gas grills) on the covered patio downstairs! There is plenty of parking, too, for your boat trailer and cars (covered parking for two and a parking area on the side of the Villa that can accommodate additional cars and/or a boat trailer)!
