A creation of Nishiraj A Baruah, owner of the unique Homestay by the Tea Garden Dibrugarh, Howling Fox Island Retreat is located on a no-man's Island on the Brahmaputra river. Reachable by a 20-minute boat ride, this is a paradise unexplored. Grassy, green, quiet, there are 300 wild horses here. Foxes howl in the evening and cowbells ring on throughout the night. The space The island is huge which means u need cycles to explore the length and breadth of it. Ideal for romantic outing or day picnics in groups. Other things to note Don't venture out far away as u may have trouble finding yr way to your cottage. It's a green maze!
