We welcome you to our humble abode. My husband I were one of the first owners at Park Place and the condo was always intended to be a vacation spot, a spring training destination and a place to relax over the holidays. We find that our careers keep us away more often than not, so we opened the condo for others to enjoy. While we are pet friendly, one dog is allowed and must be 40 lbs or under, no cats please. Our condo isn't set up for children under 10, sorry. The space The 1270 square foot open and airy condo boasts 20 foot vaulted ceilings in the dining and living rooms, mountain views and is light-filled. There is a pillow top California King mattress in the primary bedroom, and new living room furniture. Keyless front door entry and a Nest smart thermostat. There are 2 well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and a laundry room and pantry adjacent to the kitchen. There is an L-shaped two car garage and the condo lies in one of the most unique locations in the sold-out Mansion series at Park Place. Granite countertops and slate in the kitchen, travertine in the master bath and terra-cotta tile floors in the dining and guest bath. Guest access All living spaces and one side of the garage. Other things to note The sunset views over the White Tank Mountain Range from the balcony are incredible.
