Casa do Alambique at Bemposta Farm

Casa do Alambique, the place where the brandy used to be distilled, was renovated keeping its spirit while providing all the necessary conditions for a stay of well-being. Ideal for families and friends, this house has capacity for 6 people. Located in the middle of an 18 acre farm, Quinta da Bemposta, guests can enjoy walks through the woods, vineyards and vegetable gardens, watch deers and birds, and enjoy the swimming pool, barbecue, multipurpose sports field, table football and table tennis. The space A house situated in the middle of an extense property: Quinta da Bemposta, to which our guests have full access to. The house is divided into two floors: - Ground floor: equipped kitchen; living and dining room; room with private bathroom (suite). - First Floor: 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, which can be converted into 2 comfortable single beds; a toilet; a bathroom with washing machine. The house is situated in the middle of a big property: a Quinta da Bemposta. Here you will have place to park your car freely, next to the house, with no need to schedule in advance. To access the house you must enter the farm through the main gate and continue along the stone path until the end. You will go around the event hall, go up with the tennis court and the main house on your left, until you finally get to the Chapel. Next to the Chapel you will find Casa do Alambique, in the heart of the farm! Guest access Quinta da Bemposta is an agricultural farm with 18 acres in the Minho region of Portugal, with certainty of privacy and a lot to offer. Here you can take walks surrounded by nature, enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and the lawn around it and make your own barbecues. To play a game of Tennis, don’t forget to bring your favorite racket, and if you prefer Football or Basketball, don't forget the ball! Finally, if isolation invites you to meditate, we have the chapel of Santo Ovídeo, a place of worship and pilgrimage in ancient times, that still retains the space and dignity to receive you. Other things to note Breakfast and room service not included. Towels and tennis rackets are not provided so make sure you bring them! Casa do Alambique is the perfect base from which to explore the big cities of the North of Portugal, the nearest beaches and the Penêda-Gerês National Park.
