With this location being just far enough from downtown to have some peace and quiet, it is also very close and walkable to the many amenities downtown has to offer. There is also a public park two houses down for entertaining the kids. Parking in the Driveway and carport. Easy walk to downtown and stadium. Public community park for the kiddos just two to celebrate houses down. 0.7 mi to the local cafe for coffee in the mornings. 0.8 mi to the local grocery store just down the road. a handful of great restaurants walk or under a mile away.
