The space A twin self inflatable air mattress can be added for use in the living room or bedroom. This will be an additional $15.00 one time fee that includes bedding. Starter kits are included such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soaps, cleaning supplies, etc. Since discounts are offered for longer stays (week or more) the guest is expected to restock items as needed. Guest access All spaces except for the storage shed. Other things to note There is a sliding gate that is approximately 21' that guests rarely close in the parking area. The yard area is fully fenced and has gates for access. There is a second 10.5 foot gate once inside the property that opens to another gravel parking area. So you can drive up within close proximity to the front door without having to use any steps. Back door has several steps.
