Our granny flat is perfect for young professionals who love both direct access to nature and proximity to the city. The colorful inviting apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. In the French bed (140 cm x 200 cm) you can relax, in the four-door built-in wardrobe all your clothes will find space. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for your daily care. The space Our apartment is friendly, as well as colorful with lovingly selected details. Since the house was built in 1928 and renovated in 2000 and 2011, the room layout is unusual in this respect: the built-in closet is located in the dining room area. You will love the tranquility and views as well as the short distances to the city, the train station and the DHBW, Brenz and the heath. Cycling and hiking trails are accessible directly from the house. The patio behind the house is at your disposal. I would like to point out two aspects: due to the steep slope, there are approx. 30 exterior stairs lead to the entrance. Since the small bathroom was only installed in 2011, the old boiler is located in the anteroom to the bathroom - right next to the washing machine. Sometimes you hear the boiler start up. It goes without saying that guests do not smoke in the apartment. There is a smoking corner in front of the entrance.
