Book now for the ultimate lakeside retreat! The space Our spacious corner lot property offers plenty of on-site driveway parking for your convenience. Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king bed, deep walk-in closet, dresser, TV, and bathroom suite featuring a jacuzzi tub and shower. We also have a bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, TV, and closet; a bedroom with 2 twin beds and closet; an office with a lift desk and queen futon; and a bedroom with bunk beds (twin, full, and a twin trundle). Our living room features a comfortable couch that can sleep 2, and we also have a full bathroom with a tub/shower and a half-bath for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic essentials including cookware, plates, glasses, a coffee maker and Keuring, blender, air fryer, and outdoor propane grill. Outdoor amenities include a wood-burning firepit, hammock, and plenty of chairs for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Guest access Our rental space is easily accessible through the neighborhood and offers plenty of on-site parking. If you plan on bringing a boat or large vehicle, please confirm the size ahead of reservation. It's important to note that some turns within the neighborhood may be tight for towing. While we have towed a 35ft boat trailer behind a 22ft full-size truck in the past, it just reached the limits of turning down streets. Smaller vessels such as jet skis and bass boats are no issue. Other things to note PRIVACY: We want to assure you that your privacy is our top priority. Please note that the property does contain 4 outdoor surveillance cameras covering the front entry door, back yard, and of the garage. The garage cameras include one inside the garage covering the watercraft and one in front of the garage covering the vehicle parking for your safety and security. There are no audio or video recording devices of any kind inside the home. CAUTION: To ensure a clean and sanitary environment for all guests, we wash all bedding in 150F - 160F water. Please be advised that this means that all faucets, including sinks, showers, and tubs, release water that is susceptible to skin burns. As a result, the hot water flow to faucets is significantly delayed. We recommend allowing up to 1 minute of running water before hot water becomes available to avoid any potential accidents.
