The kitchen is equipped and the bedroom has a desk, a chair, a lamp and the linens. Friendly colocation with university students/researchers/young professionals. Respectful environment, favourable place to study and work. For a semester or longer. Exceptions may apply. The space Our centennial house is located downtown, in the middle of all amenities. Vaste equipped kitchen and the spacious living room can serve as socializing space for all, while the bedrooms provide peaceful space for work and sleep. Each room has a workspace. Guest access The whole ground floors is a shared space. Guests can enjoy the sunny balcony. During your stay There may be other tenants in the house, respectful exchange students, researchers and young professionals. The owners do not live in the same apartment. Other things to note There are no carpets Smoking not permitted There are no animals in the house Peaceful time 10pm to 7 am Rooms can be locked with a key. This price applies for a semester stay.
