Come relax in this cozy cabin in the heart of Big Bear Lake. This mountain cabin retreat is great for a couples getaway or family/friends reunion! Fenced in property for safe play for kids and dogs. Dog fee of $100/dog and up to 2 dogs MAX. Centrally located to everything Big Bear has to offer. Equipped with a Brand NEW 8 person HOT TUB GAME ROOM + MOVIE ROOM 4 bedrooms + 2.5 BA Living room + dining room on first floor Fully appointed kitchen with all accessories & a Keurig coffee bar. The space This newly remodeled 2 story cabin awaits you! Located in a quiet neighborhood and a street that leads you down to the lake. The Lake & Village are under 5 minutes drive and about 15 minute walk. You can get to Snow summit& Bear Mountain, Snow Play, and popular hiking spots under 10 minute drive or a short walk to a Mountain Transit. Short walk to Alpine Slide and Big Bear mountain Brewery. This space comfortably accommodates 8 guests with a pullout sofa for extra sleeping options for extra fees. We have 4 bedrooms, one sleeper sofa and 2.5 baths. The main level has two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa: Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv, and cozy fireplace to snuggle up next to and enjoy a good book. It has direct access to the backyard where the spa is located. Bedroom two is a forest themed room with a queen bed. In the closet is a Pack N Play crib to accommodate little ones. The living room couch pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs has two bedrooms and the movie room loft. Upstairs Bedroom three has a queen bed and cozy rocking chair. The windows face the backyard and you can wake up to the beautiful trees and sounds of Big Bear. Bedroom four is our fun forest themed "kids room". There are three bathrooms: two full bathrooms - one on each level - and a half bath on main floor. The property is fenced all around to let your dogs and kids play freely. Outside, enjoy a BRAND NEW HOT TUB and market lights to enjoy nights under the stars. ALSO this house has a fun movie room/hangout area in the loft with a 90" flat screen tv to enjoy that theater feel in the comfort of being at home, two large 6 ft bean bags, foosball, couch, and TONS of movies in all genres. The Gam/bar room downstairs includes a 2 in 1 table to play pool AND ping pong. Shuffleboard with bowling pieces. Arcade game with many games including Pac Man! and a custom bar top to hangout, enjoy drinks, and play games. Full kitchen and appliances. Downstairs living space also has a cozy seating area by the fireplace as well as a dining area to enjoy meals with family and friends. The front porch is a great area to wind down and enjoy the quiet peaceful sounds of Big Bear. We hope you and your family and friends enjoy staying at the Lazy Bear Cabin. Guest access The entire house is for guests. The garage is not included in the booking. Entry to the house is touch screen keypad. Someone will greet you at the property and give you the code. Other things to note Guests can enjoy the brand new hot tub in the private court yard. Please refer to the HOT TUB rules and observe quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. We LOVE pets and invite you to bring your pets with you during your stay. You need to mark in your reservation if you are bringing a pet as we do charge a pet fee. We also ask that you please be considerate and clean up after your pet. DISCLAIMER: If you show up with a pet without our prior knowledge then you will be fined $250. If you do not pay the fine, then you will be evicted immediately with no refund of your stay. Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the premises (which includes inside the fence perimeter) If remnants of smoking are found you will be fined $500. Bonfires are NOT allowed on the premises. If remnants of a bonfire are found you will be fined $500. If caught with a bonfire on the premises, you will be charged the $500 and immediate eviction with no refund. Please know these rules are in place for the safety of the mountain. This area is HIGH risk of fires and we want to keep everyone on the mountain safe. Registration Details 2023-1950
