New accommodation 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, quiet, forest

With its independent access and located on the first floor of a fully renovated house on the edge of the forest, this bright and newly built accommodation will bring you the comfort you need for your trip and welcomes you for short or long stays in peace and quiet and in a green setting. Ideally located, you are 5 minutes from the Autre Faubourg, 15 minutes from the center of Cholet, 25 minutes from Puy du Fou, 40 minutes from Nantes, Angers and Saumur, 1 hour from the sea and 1 hour 45 minutes from the Futuroscope. Secure parking. The space This is a new studio that we created upstairs of our house with a separate entrance via an external staircase. The property has: A kitchen/dining area with table and 4 Scandinavian chairs, a small fridge with freezer compartment, a combined oven/microwave, an induction cooktop, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. You have everything you need to cook delicious meals. A sitting area with sofa bed that converts into a double bed, a rug and coffee tables to rest, have a drink, watch TV. The TV is tiltable to be visible from the kitchen, living room or bed. You have access to Free TV and Wi-Fi. A sleeping area with a queen size bed 160 x 200 (linens and towels provided) A separate bathroom with shower, sink, storage, hairdryer and toilet. The accommodation does not have a washing machine and dryer, but if needed let me know. Other things to note As the accommodation is upstairs, we ask for your vigilance, especially with young children. Playing on the stairs is forbidden for their safety. In addition, we have a large park with a pond and a small outdoor pool in summer. Children are under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. We have children who will be happy to share their games with yours (respecting the equipment): swing, trampoline, scooters, balloons, basketball hoop, soccer goal, board games, baby games... We also have a dog who will probably come to greet you as well as a cat, 2 rabbits and 3 goats. You can take a walking path right in front of our house leading to the Choletais forest massif for pleasant walks.
